This will give you a solid foundation if you need to escalate the issue. You will never get through to Customer Service: either by phone, email, or through their website. Document Everything: Keep a record of all communication, including emails, receipts, and responses from their customer service. When you're unable to get a response from Centauro, consider filing a complaint with consumer protection organizations, such as the European Consumer Centre (if you are in the EU), or you could even dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company if you paid via card.
