Great Customer Service
I purchased a Zima device several months ago. After a couple of months it stopped working correctly. I contacted Zima about this. They were responsive but noted I had not sent in my Warranty information. I thought "here we go." Instead, they not only honored the warranty anyway, they promptly sent me a new device at no charge. Customer service like this is so rare today, and Zima has the "formula" for making customers heard and happy.
