Tack on tons of extra charges at point of service!!!
My rating is for the rude customer service I received with Shannon Airport personnel, as well a how my complaint was handled by Edel Handley, the home office rep. who agreed that fees were added that were not agreed to during online reservation, (such as the excess waiver fee €34/day, 2nd driver €11.35 Windscreen Cover €4.00, Roadside Assist €5.00 and Personal Accident Cover €8.00) but refused to reimburse me – then just ghosted me.
