Customer service second to none.
I ordered a TV from tv village because I had bought from here before and had great service from them. On this occasion, through no fault of tv village, my transaction was declined, I have to hold my hands up, it was my fault. I was going to pay with my credit card but their portal was undergoing maintenance, so I cancelled the transaction and attempted to pay with my debit card. I thought the transaction had gone through, but the next day I was horrified to find my transaction was refused. I rang tv village and spoke to Sharon who assured me it was just a glitch and if I wished could reorder with confidence. Yes, I reordered today and my order has already been despatched. Great company with excellent customer service, a real pleasure to deal with.
