Terrible International Delivery Service and Customer Support

This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a public review, but my experience with BulkSupplements has been beyond disappointing. I placed my first order on October 26th, and despite even paying for their "shipping insurance," I’m left with no product, no refund and no explanation. Their shipping company (Landmark Global) provided regular updates until November 15th. Then, for 18 days, the updates stopped completely — no information about delivery attempts or shipment issues. When I first reached out to BulkSupplements, they basically told me to keep waiting, saying this behavior was "normal" for international shipping. On December 3rd, the status suddenly changed to "addressee unreachable" and the package was marked as "returning to sender." I received no explanation or refund notice. Then I reached out to both Landmark Global and BulkSupplements' support over a week ago now, but this time no one has bothered to reply. I have no idea what happened or how to resolve it! Why the hell is it taking so long? How much longer will I have to wait? This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that has been in the market for so long. They might be good at shipping within the US, but I deeply regret trusting their international shipping service. I would reconsider my rating if they could at least be responsible enough to do the bare minimum of communicating with their customers when they need it.
