A friend recommended Internet reptile. I ordered 3 items and had a lot of issues. Customer services were poor. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive delivery (after I requested a refund 5 times) I thought I would order a new vivarium and a prot5 light set up. The viv arrived damaged and already opened. The bulb on the light unit is also faulty and not working. I have asked for a refund and a collection and I am being ignored again and they won't answer the phone. Absolute poor. Stay well clear.
