From the smooth booking experience to the welcoming greeting from Idra (I knew we were about to enjoy ourselves). The hotel Orotava is lovely; our bedroom was most comfortable and spacious with a side sea view from our varanda. The swimming pool was great – and pleasantly warm! The Dining Room was nice and spacious and the food was delicious; with Breakfast and Dinner each day – and the variety! YUM! The evening entertainment was perfect and relaxing after our busy days. All of the hotel staff were pleasant, professional helpful and friendly. Our daily guides, Mary and Hosai gave us such excellent information of the history and current affairs of the island of Tenerife. Our Drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Idra - with her administration skills - organised short walks for me with Mary and Hosai on their tours (just short walks suit me). Mary and Hosai were most helpful and considerate. Idra also organised assistance for me at Tenerife Airport and Dublin Airport. THANK YOU IDRA. So, Travel Department just keep doing what you are doing. And, we will be back with you very soon.
