Tricking people into subscriptions without their knowledge…

The way this company conducts its business is misleading and yeah pretty much in the realm of scamming people. Nowhere does it say on their website that you have to have a subscription to order their products. So you go and place an order, thinking that it is a one purchase thing. They do not ask you or inform you about the “subscription” part. They just save your card details without your consent, they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge (they don’t even email you about it), and then they start charging your card monthly and sending you products. Also the price goes up.. There is no easy way of cancelling this “subscription”, it is certainly not possible online and when I tried to talk to an agent they said that they will get back to me in a few days time, which still haven’t happened… Their business practices are shady to say the least. It’s sad because some of their products are actually good… I would have kept ordering from them if they weren’t this shady. I had no issues when I ordered HUM products from Amazon. I will use a different brand from now on because I don’t support a company with such shady business practices. The 2 star is because some of their products are actually good, but their business practices are awful.
