Customer not good enough for them

I placed an order with this company of a few hundred dollars value. I then received a short curt email reply that informed me that my order had been cancelled, no explanation, no apology, just cancelled. When I enquired futher I was told it was the import costs into Australia of which on the amount is next to nothing. I informed them it was incorrect and was then told they do not ship to residential address. I responded by telling them my business is registered, hoods a tax number and does indeed share an address which my dwelling is also on, seperate to my factory. I was then told I was not a suitable "End user" for them to do business with. So I advise to avoid this fools.
