Good products but the snow Lance did not fit my karcher
Reasonable delivery times, think was around 5 days from date of order, cleaning products seem ok but the main issue is I bought a k series snow Lance for my k3 karcher which I bought last month but it does not fit. You would have thought them advertising 'k series' would fit all karcher power washers but apparently not. Spoke to a Scot on live chat his response was that I need to make another purchase for an adapter on eBay or Amazon so that it fits. As that I have an 'older version' and that's the reason why it doesn't fit, which is strange as I only got the jet washer last month.
