Need manual compliance review for blocked account / Etsy seller
Hello. My account was blocked due to duplicate accounts created years ago by mistake. I have $0 turnover on all accounts and no fraudulent intent. Now I am an artist from Ukraine needing Payoneer to open an Etsy shop. Official forms and Facebook bot are looping and not responding. Please help me manually review my case
