Misadvised and won't respond
Despite many communications from my side they are refusing to respond at all to me following misadvise from their sales team and outstanding resolution still not agreed and finalised. I understand that everyone is human and mistakes are made but not rectifying them is criminal. Edited to add: I requested a full refund of £200 but then compromised with a request of £200 voucher due to amount being lost due to your sales error but your team is failing to respond to all communication which is a failure in itself. This is still outstanding.
