I purchased some airline tickets using booking.com, I only realised once I got my confirmation that they didn't even include carry on baggage. The airline offered identical seats at an identical price with baggge allowance, but Booking.com was unable to change anything at all and in the end, gave me the 1-800 number of the airline. Do yourself a favor, use literally anyone else.
