4-Month Nightmare – Inconsistent Support and Terrible Service

My experience with Volkswagen Financial Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. My complaint has now been going on for over 4 months, and despite repeated attempts to resolve it, I’m still going around in circles. I’ve had to send the same information over 10 times, and every time I call, I’m given conflicting information. There have been numerous failed callbacks, and on more than one occasion, advisors were rude, unhelpful, or simply hung up on me. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a company of this size. I did speak with Freya, a customer services manager, who was by far the most helpful and professional person I encountered during this whole ordeal. She was the only one who actually took the time to understand and progress my issue. Unfortunately, when I tried to reach out again for follow-up support, I couldn’t get through to her or anyone else competent. Even after escalating the issue to the CEO’s office, things didn’t improve. I’m left feeling completely ignored and frustrated. This whole experience has been exhausting, unprofessional, and disrespectful to the customer. I strongly advise anyone thinking of financing through VWFS to reconsider — once you have a problem, you’ll be left chasing shadows.
