Good service from LEEP CS representative
I called LEEP Cold Water this morning and was very pleased with the service provided by CS representative Ferris H. He was kind, patient, and supportive in answering my questions over the phone. Previously, I had emailed the CS team but did not receive a resolution or any follow-up from Fioxx, which left me disappointed as my issue regarding the direct debit remained unresolved. I feel fortunate to have received a helpful response from Ferris today. I recommend calling the LEEP hotline directly rather than relying on email for support.
