Utter shambles

I just spent hours drafting a complaint about Utilita, only for it to be closed by someone that clearly didn't read it. The complaint was about the events since my last complaint, but as the don't even read them they shut it down. They did exactly the same before, so clearly this is normal practice. They only exist to protect the energy companies, not the consumer.
