Unresolved Engine Issues After Purchase – Disappointed with Autofesa Villalba. We purchased a car from Autofesa five months ago, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Since the purchase, we’ve had to send the car to their workshop four times due to a persistent engine problem. Each time, they kept the car for several days to even 3 weeks, yet the issue was never resolved. Within just 150–200 km of driving after each repair, the engine warning light would come back on. We asked the company for a clear explanation: • What is the actual problem? • Were they aware of this issue before selling the car? They failed to provide any answers. When we first saw the car, white smoke came from the engine. We asked the salesperson, who casually claimed it was because the car "had not been used for a while"—clearly a misleading excuse. We’ve repeatedly asked the salesperson if he knew about the engine issue before the sale, but he has consistently avoided the question. We feel that Autofesa knowingly sold us a defective car and has not taken responsibility. This has caused significant stress, loss of time, and financial burden. We sincerely hope they take real action to resolve this situation—not just for us, but for the trust of all future customers.
