I strongly advise against choosing this firm. They are plagued by delays, poor communication, and a lack of due diligence in following up on matters. A truly disappointing experience with their conveyancing services. If your seller uses this law firm, walk away… It’s truly hopeless. They don’t even contact the buyer’s solicitor to provide updates on their own issues.
