Be aware of additional costs for shipments to UK
Order was despatched quickly but there was no mention of additional import duty and vat on the most obvious pages. Because of Brexit I was aware that additional costs might occur but nothing in shipping and pricing not anything in FAQ. Everywhere it just shows the very reasonable shipping cost and keeps referring to shipping and pricing. When I contacted the company I got a standard response saying I should have been aware, however I feel that it could be made much clearer on their website and it feels a bit like the company prefer to leave their customers in the dark. All it needs is a note saying please be aware of extra costs and refer to the terms and conditions, which are under legal information rather than customer service. Please Fine Dram put a little note on the pricing/ordering page so customers have a much better idea of what’s involved.
