I needed support / advice, couldn't find it on the online portal as I am a new student. I got in touch by email and was expecting a response in a day or two, but I was surprised to get a quick response of Emily from the Newcastle student hub team. After couple of exchanges she managed to get the IT support to solve my issue. Overall I was very impressed on how swiftly this was done in a matter of 2 hours. Thank you Emily.
