not my future first choice..poor customer service and poor order management.
Original order had items out of stock so I held off ordering until stock was available...then another item was out of stock but ordered with the option of it following the rest of the order. over 2 weeks later I message to ask if the item is coming anytime soon and instead of an email apologising for the obvious mess on reflex end, I get a dispatch notice to say my item is on the way...then I notice that the order has been sent with no name on it so I have to go and sit around at the parcel zone to make sure I grab it on arrival before it gets moved around as nobody knows who it belongs too, another email with the company asking about the no name and again no apology for another mess up. not sure if that's normal customer service and order management or if I was special. in response to Lily...the online order was completed correctly, the main bulk of my order came with name and address, the only part that didn't was the item I had to chase. Please don't blame the customer rather than owning a mistake.
