Ordered screw in wall ties to complete…
Ordered screw in wall ties to complete a block wall project. Website shown correct wall tie but on arrival it was a standard cavity wall tie. I spoke to a polite customer service member who stated the web picture was confusing. Also stated the screw in ties were more expensive. No replacement or refund. Wont be using again.
