Comfortable but overpriced

Seats were definitely more comfortable than economy and the extra baggage allowance was helpful. However, for the premium I paid, I expected better meal quality and more attentive service. The crew seemed overwhelmed and took ages to respond to call buttons. Entertainment system was good but headphone quality was poor.
