I found the service terrible
I found the service terrible. When I first signed up I paid £50 for you to find a test till my son passed. I would get a personal phone call to offer me a test. Things changed there was no one to talk to (however when I repeatedly sent emails asking to talk to a member of staff I finally got a phone call from your representative who I must say was very helpful) I realised with the new I wasn't being offered a test but rather together with 100 other people I was being sent a mass email and it was on a first come first serve basis. I had no choice but to pay another £75 in order to be offered a test, which once I did I was offered on almost immediately. But it seems that the £50 went down the drain.
