Terrible customer service and inferior products
I purchased products on two occasions from rapid medical supplies and on both occasions there have been issues with the product (measurements inaccurately published on website, and poor quality manufacturing). On both occasions when the issues were raised with customer service, including the fact that these issues had safety implications for my child, there was no offer for a refund or even exchange in product. I was simply told that the product is fine and that I am basically imagining things (even when presented with photographic evidence). This company preys on vulnerable people with medical needs and has terrible customer service, which is appalling when they are online only and products cannot be inspected prior to purchase. The most recent email from them told me that I was ‘free not to purchase from our website’ which is absolutely what I will do, and I encourage everyone to do the same. This company is not to be trusted.
