sharing the concerns of many others - Do not use. They are amateurs. Like others, 4 days later, still no results. Spent hours to try contacting them. Finally got a clue that they had another strange barcode like mine today.... Contacted Oncologica that do the PCR tests and they told me that the barcode I scanned was the lot number and not the sample test barcode... impossible to track my sample. I could have scanned a milk bottle barcode and nothing would have prevented me to do so.... highly unresponsible and could lead to another case where the NHS would look for an unidentified person with a rare variant.... They should be removed from the government website and not understanding how amateurs can be accepted on the website alongside trusted providers
