Negative surprise had to pay for return fright (and for original fright of the goods, i.e. fright 2 ways --> 98 SEK to try out a shirt that did not meet the expectations) Briefly, but sufficiently enough, before placing my order read return policy for sale items and could not see any potential freight fee in return policy. A nicer approach would be to be frank and honest about return fee. I now associate Hope as a brand with hidden fees, which makes me more likely to be non-returning
