Worst customer service ever!! Poor quality products!
Worst customer service ever!!! Poor quality products. Ordered a futon cover and two matching 18" pillows. Received cover but no pillows. (Cover, BTW, was very cheap quality, but whatever). Emailed them regarding missing pillows. Pillows were finally tracked down and sent. When I received the pillows they looked small. I measured them (seam to seam) and they were 16" at best. One pillow was so over-stuffed it wouldn't even sit straight and the seams looked like they were going to split open. The two pillows together were so different...one very fat, the other one not. Both were 16" not 18" as advertised. I emailed DCG. Was told by Brittany to send pictures of the pillows with the inside of the pillows removed and measuring tape from seam to seam, which I did. She then just stopped responding. I emailed and called several times asking for the status. She finally responded by email telling me that the manufactorer said the pictures were taken incorrectly....that the inside of the pillow should not have been removed (like she told me to do) and that they would not replace. BTW, A measurement from seam to seam on a pillow does not change whether the pillow is filled or not unless it is a stretch fabric which this one clearly is not. So again, DCG stopped replying to emails, doesn't answer calls, return voicemails, etc. I'm guessing they are too busy dealing with unhappy customers. I asked how I can return these pillows for a refund and no response. Any decent company would have either replaced the items by now or refunded me the money, no questions asked. This is obviously NOT a decent company. Will now dispute it with my credit card company and will leave poor reviews on every social media I can. Poor quality products and poor customer service. Overall a very sucky company.
