I am kicking myself
I am kicking myself - I thought that I was booking through Aurigny but Esky.com had disguised themselves as Aurigny and I failed to realise it until I completed the booking. They charged me £379.58 for my flight MINUS hold luggage - this seemed a little high so I went to Aurigny's and put the same flights through their system to find that the price was £340 INCLUDING 20kg of hold luggage. I emailed esky.com and they thought I was just trying to cancel the flight and came up with some general nonsense, completely ignoring my point. I guess I am now stuck with paying them at least £70 extra for my flights (once I pay for luggage, but NOT through them, I'd rather just pay Aurigny). PLEASE be careful - if just one person sees this review and realises what a rip off this is then this review will have done it's job - please don't make the same error I did and check that you are on the site that you intended to be on. An addendum to this - this company then emailed me to say that they had charged me £75.12 (!!!) for a £300 ticket for what they describe as: "paid for the services rendered (searching for an air ticket using the eSky website, issuing and then delivering an air ticket to you, and after-sales service)." Absolute rip-off, how can that be £75.12!!! Absolutely scandalous outfit, avoid at all costs. "using the eSky website" - Oh really, thank you so much... what an abhorrent thing to even say. As for their reply below my review here, that sums it up for me, what a shoddy outfit, please do not use them.
