Poor Customer Service.

Our water meter stopped working 8 weeks ago, I check it every week in case of leaks, having reported it to Anglian Water it took 8 weeks to come here and replace the meter and only then after I had complained several times . The last time I complained it was to the Consumer Council for Water, the next day my meter was replaced 17/08/2021. I did inform Anglian Water that I had reported them so maybe that helped.
