" Say NO to YES cars".
Can't completely blame the VIP Cars but customers loose trust if support is not provided. To go into detail I was booking rental car through VIP cars in New Zealand. They have offered booking with YES car rentals. I have been provided with all booking details including 24 x 7 support during my booking. During my trip car broke down in middle of jungle. I have called the assistance number for help. No one picks up call. Called the YES rental company and they ask me to call another number. I call them and the guys who receives my call after listening to my situation just simply says you need to find someone by yourself to sort it out. I call VIP cars and they say its Yes Rentals who has to help and insist there is no road side assistance. I explained them rental car company gives contact for assistance even though i get charged. But any rental company provides a assistance contact number for car breakdowns. YES rentals did provide one claiming 24 x 7 and no one responses on the number. VIP Cars also try to call the number and they too don't get response. So i was stuck no where in middle of a jungle with no help from both VIP cars and YES rentals. I had tours booked and i had to miss them . VIP cars get their share of fees. Rental company gets they rental charges paid but as end customer i am left out with no help and losing gall my money for bookings. None of the companies really tried to help me out. I have previosly did multiple car hires in New Zealand south Island and can tell you all those companies are very helping and value their customers. Finally my 9 year old son comes up with this. " Say NO to YES cars".
