Rail holiday through Ireland.Our week long of Ireland was…
Our week long rail tour of Ireland was extremely well organised for us. We were especially very pleased with our hotels - three out of four exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed with the International Hotel in Killarney. The Cassidy Hotel in Dublin, whilst well positioned on the corner of O'Connell St., was perhaps in need of some TLC, but the staff in all hotels were exceptionally helpful. The trains were very good - all arrived on time and it was a pleasure to travel on them. The excursions were well organised and very enjoyable, but the driver/ guide on the Dingle peninsular trip was rather surly and unhelpful. The welcome throughout Ireland was marvelous - equalled only by the quality of the Guinness. Finally, we were very grateful to Stephanie Guina for not just organising the holiday, but for also always being available to deal with our enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
