NEVER PROMOTING THIS COMPANY OR ITS PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN.
On the 29th of July 2020, I made my first order of 2 hot chocolate and 1 slim coffee drink packs with Valentus which to date still has not arrived. WHAT IS HAPPENING? I've emailed several times asking about the packages but all you say is that it's in the handling of the couriers. You did not give us (clients) assurance that you are doing everything in your power to update me on where or with whom or given me an email of the courier so I could corresponde. In fact according to PARCELS the last thing the courier tracker posted up is "Received at international processing centre - This is the final status. Carrier does not provide further tracking updates. 6th August, 2020." My only request is that you PAY ME BACK the money I spent for those products I ordered but have never received. PLEASE I DEMAND A FULL REFUND.
