The agent in Chiswick valued our house in excess of 2.2 million and was confident in achieving a higher price than this. We therefore signed a 20 week agreement for them to market the house. Within a week they were on the phone asking us to reduce the price. Since then they are constantly calling and mailing to reduce the price. It’s a shame that they can’t put this effort into selling the house at the valued price.
