I Experienced rude comments from a presenter, while asking serious questions on some of their live courses. I normally don't do anything about it, but because I experienced it more than once from the same presenter I tried contacting oreilly support, which gave me unserious reply back. Their content is more expensive than other places, so at least they can be more professional would help a little. Unfortunately, oreilly responded back that they where trying to give a general response back, but it was clearly addressed specifically to me and noone else on that call. So that's clearly not true
