I placed an order..Friday 4th July

I placed an order.. and I told the assistant that my address has changed… he rightly stated that I would have to change the address on-line. I said ok. And as 2 x Products were not in stock.. I said that I would uplift them on Monday. Later on the day I got a message from Royal Mail.. saying my Products were being delivered to my Old Address..!!! I tried contacting Tool Station… (to Amend the Delivery address)..but no answer.! So I drove 8 miles to the Branch.. The (same) assistant was very Grumpy..!! when I asked if the branch had a direct Phone 📞 He said why would he want to Listen to what the Public have to say.!! I asked him Why my Products were being delivered to my Old Address..? When I told him that I would uplift them in the Branch.? His answer was.. well you will have to wait outside your old house for the Postman.. I then asked for the Order to be Cancelled.. He said that he could not cancel Till that Order was Delivered And that I would not get the Products till Thursday (not Next day).! An Absolutely Shameful way to deal with Any Customer. I went back again today.. and dealt with another assistant.. who was genuinely nice. Whereas the Grumpy Person.. just drew me a Dirty Look.!! Willie Burns
