high charges for incorrect name on ticket
we purchased flight tickets online and when we received the confirmation one of the passengers middle names was duplicated onto another passengers details. we contacted them immediately to try and sort the name out. first we were told it couldn't be changed we would have to cancel the ticket and then pay £75. so we thought thats abit expensive considering we alerted them within minutes, but we thought ok to get it sorted then we were told theres a probelm the tickets have gone up. so we asked for a refund but now we were told this would cost £75 each. we as it was less than what the increase was we agreed. i dont think the charges are reasonable. I travel alot so I'll be avoiding them in future. I read the airline can change it for free but I didnt want to leave it any longer and it cost us more.
