Exceptional customer care
I needed to move my wife's email address and set it up from scratch. Fasthost's reviews were good and a lot cheaper than most. I tried on my own, but not being techy, I called in and Mark walked me through the whole thing. Mark really knows his stuff and I was very impressed with his patience and simple instructions. He sent instructional emails which were relevant to the server I was leaving, which made everything a breeze. Thank you Mark
