All equipment broke or arrived broken!
Having an awful time with HSS. Two items arrived unusable or not working – the edging sander and the RCD protector. The drum sander stopped working after two hours, and wasn't able to be replaced until the next day. The edging sander wasn't able to be replaced for another day as customer service were closed in the afternoon when I realised it didn't work and tried to report. I took time off work to do this so it's been a nightmare. On the positive side the customer service team have been really great, answering my questions and doing their best to get new equipment out to me. I just wouldn't trust the reliability of their equipment and wish I'd gone for a more trusted local hire company.
