No response from email to check the delivery address was correct, when I phoned was told I would get a call on the day to check, didn’t happen. Was told it was Tuesday (without even looking, and it was delivered on Wednesday! Not good customer service!

process very simple and prompt payment, thank you. only issue was the value was reduced by £80 from the online quote after the follow up phone call (which wasnt entirely clear why, I had declared it as a non runner)
