Dissapointment and regret
Purchased tickets and received an email confirmation of my 76 euro payment. The email stated that the tickets would come in a separate email. We got to Sagrada Familia on time, and no email was ever sent. This left my family of 5 dissapointment to miss the highlight of our trip to Barcelona on the last day of our visit. How ironic that on Easter Sunday, despite paying, I was denied entry into the church. I wrote customer service using both email and the chat function. I have not received a response yet. This is a scam and the website should be shut down. Sadly, I checked the trustpilot reviews afterwards. A few points about their feedback: 1) They claim to charge more for the "personalized service" they provide. The only personalized service they provide is dissapointment. 2) They claim they are available via email and chat. Again, they have not responded to three attempts to contact them. Stay away from this company! I can only assume there are enough tourists who have been scammed here to make this a class action lawsuit.
