Two and a half stars (5/10) is probably what I would give but trustpilot doesn't allow that. Overall the platform is more or less good enough to learn on but there's quite a lot of inaccurate questions or mistakes in the questions and you'll be pretty lucky to get a reply from support, most of the time they just ignore you. Some of the questions really don't make any sense, I think they could pay a native speaker to look over them and check the English because at times it's total nonsense. Also, they offer a premium feature called "intelligent testing" which is supposed to be algorithmic and adaptively shows you "the most useful questions for you" but it doesn't do that at all. I used it for ages and it didn't repeat the questions I got wrong, instead it kept showing me the same questions I'd already answered correctly over and over again, so that part of the site is a total waste of time. The database of questions is good and the mobile app works fairly well. However, the bad customer support leaves a sour taste and to be honest it feels like not much effort is made besides updating the question database. If there were viable alternatives I would be tempted to check them out.
