Absolute disgrace
What an absolute disgrace. Originally my order was lost by ez. After chasing it up they resent it and assured me that I would receive some additional product with my next order as a good will gesture. So I place my next order and let them know… no response. I email again reminding them. A day before the order is set to dispatch I get an email back saying they won’t honour their word. So I asked them to cancel the order and I have been blatantly ignored since (over a week). I never thought a company would be so short sighted and I will not be returning again.
