Absolutely nightmare
Absolutely nightmare! I have booked a flights to Thailand and I clearly remember that I booked under my name and my partners name. When I got a booking reference BOTH tickets are under my name. They said that the airline can't change the name and the customer service asked if I would like to cancel ONE OF THE TICKETS. I don't understand how in other words I can explain to the people who I spoke at least ten of them ( because every single time I email, different person replies) . THAT IT WAS SYSTEM GLITCH and its NOT MY FAULT. Why because of the system fault I have to loose more than £2000. Definitely will take that to further investigation. Total fraud!!!!
