Great to find locally
Great to find locally and I must say the shop was buzzing with activity, I’ve just had two watches serviced by them. My dad’s old Omega Speedmaster and my wife’s Rolex. I was recommended by my local barber. I found the staff to be polite knowledgeable and very helpful and the watches came back looking as smart as they did when they were new. One happy customer 😁 it felt like I was on the BBC repair shop, when they asked me what my expectations were, I asked for the watches to look like they did when they were new, I was surprised to be “asked” as most places just polish the watches without asking. I had a bad experience with a previous repairer who polished my vintage GMT to death! All I can say, this place obviously takes notice of its customers needs. I must admit I was surprised to see the bad reviews, one man’s hero is an others villain. I personally couldn’t be happier. It guess most people forget how important it is to leave a good reviews, you pays your money and that’s the end of it. It’s important to leave good feedback as we’ll as negative
