Food not good, expected fine dining as advertised. The cleanliness of ship not up to standard. Far too many children left to run riot, like a Butlins holiday camp. The only plus was the bar waiters were excellent.

I’ll give Panache Cruises 5 stars. The call was answered by Scott who was very friendly and professional. I give him the details of a cruise we’d seen somewhere else. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. The booking was fast and easy and everything was taken care of. They even complete the API, I was very impressed. I can’t wait to go on our 1st river cruise. Will definitely book with this company in the future. A big thank to Scott Perry
