Amy has taken great care of me through this often-difficult process and continued to be mindful of things going on in my life that have had an impact, at times, on my ability to effectively engage. She regularly asked how I was doing (outside of the legal stuff) whilst guiding me through dealing with an often challenging 'other side' and managing my expectations accordingly.
