Less than happy
I received my order and need to return it as the covers do not fit my couch. I emailed the company as instructed and received a reply indicating that I needed to mail the covers back to China, despite the company website indicating that orders could returned to a site in the US at no cost. I called the number on the website and spoke to a customer service rep who told me that I would indeed need to mail them to China. I told her what I had read on the website and she again said I would have to mail them to China. When I expressed my displeasure and felt as though the company was not being transparent, she offered me 50% of the cost, with no need to return the items. I want a full refund with no cost to me for shipping. Your website says this, so now own it.
