I placed an online order for delivery
I placed an online order for delivery. They attempted to deliver on 16/5, but as I wasn't at home they didn't leave it. I was left a card and asked to go online and arrange re-delivery which would happen before 6pm the next day, and asking to redirect if not at home. I arranged for delivery to my friend who lives next door and is home all day. Still nothing received on Wed. I contacted the courier customer service online as you cannot speak with anyone, and I got an automated response that a ticket had been raised and I would receive notification within the next 24-72 hours. I then called Dan Murphy and I cannot speak to a person either. I had to go online and speak to the Dan Bot via message, and then after a lot of back and forth Dan Bot put me through to a live person, that I also cannot speak with unless over chat. They contacted the courier company who assured us they would deliver by Friday. Still nothing. I called Dan Murphy again on Friday, who said they had escalated the matter and I would receive my delivery on Monday!!! It is now Tuesday, I still have not received my delivery, I am still getting the automated responses from the courier and Dan Murphy's still can't assure me 100% that I am going to now receive my delivery tomorrow. They also cannot advise what action they will take should this happen other than I need to once again go on the Dan Murphy chat and do it all over again.
