NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered during just after their sale %50 off sale and bought 4 pairs of shoes. I had missed the actual sale period. Before ordering, I emailed customer service the day after the sale closed to ask if I could still get the sale price. I was told I could and that after I ordered I would be refunded the difference immediately. This should have been my first red flag and I should not have ordered. After 6 emails with customer service since then I have still not received my 50% refund! I have also never been given confirmation of a the ability to return the duplicate pair of shoes. I need this because the email exchange with Customer Service has gone on for so long that it is past the return time allowed. They continue to say that they will refund me soon, but it has never been refunded to my bank account. The amount is over $250! I have even asked that the matter be escalated to a supervisor. They continue to say it will be. This is complete B.S. They are not a trustworthy company. Do not bother. Per their reply below, I have still not received my full refund.
